<p>Here is an example of a common workout plan in the gym through six days.For example,on Monday you can exercise chest and triceps and include other cardio exercises,on Tuesday you can exercise biceps and shoulders and Wednesday should be the day for legs and back,you can repeat this circle until Sunday when you should take rest,on Saturday each muscle group of your body shall be exercised twice and each muscle will get enough rest needed.Different combinations can be made but it is important not to repeat the same exercise several days in a row.</p>
